Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Revexa is an independent game studio. This privacy policy describes how we handle information in connection with our website at revexa.ca and our Android app Revexa Jigsaw: Puzzle Reveal (package com.revexa.jigsawreveal), available on Google Play.

We don't run our own servers that store personal data about you. The information described below is collected and processed by third-party services we use to keep the app running.

2. Information collected

The app does not ask you to create an account or enter personal details. Your puzzle progress is stored locally on your device.

Third-party software development kits (SDKs) integrated into the app may automatically collect:

• Device information (model, operating system version, language, country)
• Advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID)
• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Gameplay events and crash diagnostics
• Records of in-app purchases

3. Third-party services we use

• Google AdMob — serves ads in the app. See Google's advertising policies and Google's privacy policy.
• Firebase Analytics (Google) — aggregated gameplay analytics so we can understand how the app is used. See Firebase's privacy and security information.
• Google Play Billing — processes in-app purchases. See Google's privacy policy.
• Google Play Games Services — optional sign-in for leaderboards. See Google's privacy policy.

4. Advertising and consent

Ads are delivered by Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may use the Google Advertising ID, IP address, and ad-interaction events to serve and measure ads, including (where permitted) personalized ads.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the app will show you Google's consent prompt the first time you launch it, asking whether you agree to personalized advertising. You can re-open this prompt later from the app's Privacy options entry.

On any device you can also limit ad personalization or reset your Advertising ID through Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.

5. In-app purchases

The app offers optional in-app purchases (coin packs and a one-time ad-removal purchase) through Google Play Billing. Payments are handled by Google — we never see your card details. Purchase records are tied to your Google account so Google can validate and restore purchases on your devices.

6. Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of our services, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to remove it.

7. Data retention

Because we don't operate our own servers that store personal data, we don't retain anything ourselves. Data collected by the third-party services listed above is retained according to their own policies, linked in section 3.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights:

• EEA, UK, Switzerland (GDPR) — rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and to withdraw consent for personalized ads at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
• California (CCPA) — we do not sell personal information. You can opt out of personalized ads via the OS-level controls described in section 4.

9. Security

We rely on the security practices of the platforms and third parties listed above. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes may also be announced on the Revexa website.
